Sheesh! It's a mess down here. Rain, rain, rain. Now the winds kicked up...and to make things worse, we're on our way to a 'home show'. Nothing I like better than looking at flooring, lighting, etc...

We're closing on a house next month. The wife thinks we should remodel every room. I think that sounds like a winter-time project.

How does this relate to fishing? Well, the place also has a 30'x40' shop. Now I can fiddle with my boat/fishing stuff 24/7, rain or shine....woooohoooo!!!

Whew! Survived the Home Show, and spent no money!!!

Ran out to the beach, pretty windy (out of the SW), pretty calm swells but a pretty good chop w/some small white caps.

Forecast looks pretty good for the next few days. Gonna try some deep-water mooching if the currents aren't too strong.

DB, TC, or anyone else going out of Charleston, I'll be monitoring VHF 11 most of the time listening to the charters.
