Default Flounder migration in estuaries.

Just wondering if any of you salties run across flounders while fishing in the river esuaries? Do the numbers seem to be increasing? Recent reports would indicate this! I used to fish for them in Newport years ago. then the "crash" set in and I havent heard a word about them until the last year or so. Any comments? Good places or times to try for them around tillamook or seaside?

Last June we were in Seaside for a family reunion and I saw quite a few caught in the river. Didn't get a chance to try it though, and have no idea what they were using.

Looked like fun.
