Hey if that old man Santiago can land an 18' Marlin in an old wooden skiff, alone, with a handline .... I say bring it on.

You know the story, it won a Pulitzer and a Nobel peace prize for literature.

What we have up here is Bill's puny little northern Pacific cousin. Only 7' long and maybe 200 lbs. He's sure gonna look purty hanging on the wall in my cube. Guess I'll need a bigger office .... one with real walls and a door.

What's the bill on that fish for anyway?

Would that be called a Mark Ferrari Kabbob?

Should be interesting seeing Pilar try that method of fishing for Bill! Will you be holding a class on that too?

Let's see... If I can't land one in Oregon, I'd just as soon get speared by one! What a story to tell!

Okay, so I am indeed one sick puppy, but I sure wouldn't be in the water while all that thrash was going on.
