I called my friend who is comming with me for my springer break.He is worried about going out on the ocean.
He is now going to meet his brother in Portland ( sat. night home game tickets to the Trailblaizers) Too much extra driving. I decided to wait for summer, for the ocean. Ill fish the Wind and the M.C. channel and live with the results. Ill get to the salt in July and Aug. This way i wont need 15lb. balls. Ha,ha,ha. id. p.

id- I saw a fair number of fish caught in the Channel this weekend (while I was working on the boats [img]graemlins/berry.gif[/img] . The fish are there and some are even biting. Considering my limited view and lack of attention (I wasn't sitting around watching the boats), I'd say it was actually pretty hot! Color was prety good, shade of green, a foot or maybe 18 inches max visibility. I'd say you need some smell out there (normal I guess) not just hardware.
