I'm making the long migration from Wyoming to the coast next week and am officially volunteering myself for deck hand (or bait boy) duty. Had to leave my boat home this time due to the inlaws joining us on the trip (its a long story).
I am willing to, and insistent on paying my fair share. That means gas, ice, bait, and tackle. Don't drink, smoke, or use drugs, and I rarely cuss. I am not a prude either. I understand what it takes to operate and maintain a boat and do not leave until all work for the day is done. Never been seasick (knock-on-wood). Have my own safety equipment and my own gear for salmon and rockfish. I bring lots of enthusiasm, a positive disposition, great fishing luck, and gratitude with me on all fishing trips. When I fish, I dedicate the entire day to it and thus will not be asking to come in early for whatever reason. I am reliable, show up on time, will be there if I say I will be, get along well with others, listen well, respect the skipper, and learn quickly. For more info about me, here is a link to my introduction post:

My fishing preferences are as follow:
1) Tuna (Never been and desparately want to learn)
2) Halibut, if available
3) Salmon
4) Anything as long as it is fishing...
On this trip I will be in the Depot Bay and Pacific City area on Monday the 11th. In the Pacific City, Garibaldi, Nehalem area on Tuesday the 12th. And in the CR area (Ilwaco) on Thursday and Friday, the 14th and 15th.
Please PM or post a reply if you think you will have a seat open, lets talk.
Thanks in advance.
