I think that message comes up when you hit the ADD REPLY button twice, and it is telling you you can't send more than one message within 60 seconds (anti-flood function). Instead it says "use your browser's BACK button" which is at the top left corner of Internet explorer.

And "food protection" is what my Jack Russell does hunkering over her dish when another dog visits.

Just to add what's already been stated.

The "Back" button allows you to go 'back' to the most recent webpage you were at. Depending on what browser your using, it will either be an arrow pointing to the left, or it will say "back".

when you hit the ADD REPLY button, don't get impatient. If that little blue bar at the bottom is gettin bigger, then let it be, it takes a second to submit. I think lots of people hit the button again if nothing happens right away, and end up with a double post.

Ya Know! I must hand it to you folks, when there is a need for help, at any level, you folks do it with style . I too have received help from various members and have never been nor felt degraded because of my lack of computer experience. That's what makes it comfortable being here.
Cheers to you Guys & Gals
