Just a quick report from CB run.. Headed out on a 295 to 50 miles lots of warm water but no life to speak of.. put gear in and stayed on a 295 1st fish at 10:30 lost it at the gunnel
almost turned around ran into some comercial boats we know running in that were plugged got the numbers out another 15 miles... finally found a few fish at 2:30 but no good bite..They finally started to go at 4:00 pulled the gear at 6:00 had 7 hanging on the hand lines ended up with 38 fish and my running partner had close to 50 fish. the only bummer is when we looked at the go home #'s 70nm to port. Ending #'s were 44.11 /125.36
At least the boat smells good!!!!!!!!!
