Default Farallon boats

Does anyone own a Farallon or have personal knowledge of how they ride, fuel milage, etc???? They look like a very sea worthy boat and there are several for sale in California.

Default Re: Farallon boats

They are heavy and deep. So they take a lot of HP to push. Good sea boats; older ones don't have much of a reverse chine. Watch out for leaky fuel tanks - better if an old one has had the tanks re-done already otherwise you'll spend several thousand $ later.

If you post on Coastside you'll find people who own them & can give you detailed answer. Mark Capra & others.
