Tuna--Long range charters even finding it tough.

When I was out with "Reel Crazy" the other day at the 126 line filling the boat, the "Enterprise" out of Newport heard us talking with a commercial "Capt'n Ron" and headed our way. Even a few charters are heading out 95 miles to try and find those tuna west of Newport and are having a tough time. The guys fishing around the 44 or 46 line are closest to the tuna at this point in time. The 45 line seems to be a problem this year, so far anyway. Hopefully it changes soon!

Thanks Jerry, I have been planning to head for the 45 line on Saturday. Maybe I should point a bit south.

N44 30 to N44 40 at about W125 15 is what I am looking at. Too much chlorophyll up by Depoe.
