Default legal terminology question??

There is a principal of law that says that any activity is allowed unless it is specifically prohibited.

Anyone remember what legal principal is called?

Thanks, Brad

Comon, there is some latin phrase that describes this particular legal principal of common law. Someone out there reading this has to know what it's called?

Nulla poena sine lege
(Latin: no penalty without a law) refers to the legal principle that one cannot be penalized for doing something that isnt prohibited by law
