Default Tackle Hawaii

Here is a URL to Rainbow Paint & Tackle in Kauii, Hawaii. I visited them and bought a bunch of goodies my last trip over there. I was going to post this a long time ago, but misplaced his card. Kyle is a great guy, and will answer all your questions. When I first walked into the shop and saw the three walls of jigs, of every size and color, it made my head spin Check it out

Glad you found it. I did the same thing when I walked into the store. What a combo, paint and fishing gear... Go figure. They sure were nice there.

I got busy with some family stuff. I usually catch up reading posts every third day or so to keep tabs on things, but do not post much. I sure do enjoy reading what everyone has to say and share when I feel I have something to contribute. A lot of times I do not get to this until late at night when everyone has pretty much signed off. By then most of the subjects have been pretty worked over. I have not been able to make it to the tunaholics meetings and I will have to miss this next one also. But, maybe some day... They sound great and I would love to meet everyone.
Take care.

Popeye and Hookup,
I just happened to notice your posts about Kauai... we're heading there the end of this month and I know after a couple of days I'll be looking for something to do. Shore fishing or a low price range charter would be an option... any suggestions? Thanks,

Cliff

I was in Kauai about one month ago, and went fishing with Captain Terry with Hawaiian Style Fishing. We caught 3 Durado and had a great time. It was $100 for a half day and was just right. We finished out our trip with some Mai-Mai in our Condo. Terry is local, and a really fun guy, with one great boat, and lots of stories. When I go back he will be my first choice.
Give him a call in Kappa, 808-635-7335. He was recommended to me by the guy I was buying my fruit from at a local outdoor market there in Kappa. Have Fun. The Island is small enough you can drive just about everywhere in 45 mins.
