Dang internets!

That's right, Pony Cove, just outside of Seward.
Here are a few more shots from my trip last week.
Awesome place, with a bigger boat harbor than the size of the town. It is known for being a sailing area, strange as that may seem. The harbor had a ton of sailboats, mixed with personal and charter craft:
And with an absolute bluebird morning and a calm run out, we had a pretty good day. Left the dock at 6:50, fishing by 8:15, I was done at 9 and the boat was limited by 11. We were just jigging a small triangle strip of herring about 1 1/2" long. incredibly easy, like being over a school of kokes.
Headed back to the dock where fish were cleaned and with the processor by 1:30.
Oh, and 6 fish limits made it pretty great too!
