Captain's School

Just wanted to thank all those out there who helped with info when I was searching for a USCG approved Captain's School..ended up taking the MARITIME INSTIUTES two week class...it was a rough two weeks..solid 8 hours of classtime and 4-5 hours homework every night...about 6 hours worth on the week-end..but it was worth it...I passed yesterday and have got all my paperwork ready to submit to the Coast Guard...thanks again..especially Mark Mc...ANGELA C

Right on, Mark.....Congrats on making it through! Just remember that after you get your ticket, there's a "tradition" in certain harbors down there that new skippers get thrown into the drink. So keep an eye over your shoulder, an extra change of clothes in the car, and your wallet in a ziplock bag! See Ya - Mark Mc
