For all ifishers we can process/lion your tuna out of Hammond, Warrenton or Astoria for $5.50 per fish at JON"S SEAFOOD MARKET AND SMOKEHOUSE formerly Sturgeon Paul's.

Call when coming in from the ocean and let us know, most days we can also meet you at the dock and pick them up with alittle notice or pull thru and unload.

We bought Paul's last year and the price when he had it was $6.50 per fish for just a few down to $5.00 for larger numbers.

The price is for lioning. Vac-Pak is seperate and depends upon size of bags. We can custom smoke for $3.00 a pound also.

Thanks for the questions.

The $3.00 price you mentioned was for Salmon which is still the same.

5.50 isn't bad. If it is too high then do it yourself. They have the facilities and the staff to do it and while they are cleaning the fish you can be cleaning the boat and get to bed at a decent hour. I usually fish out of Windy Bay and have mine processed at the local cannery. It is an added expense but it leaves me with more fishing time.

This is a service we do not get down under ,if it was offered i believe it would be used after all it provides a service that will reduced clean up and increase fishing time.

Hi there! And yes, this is a new sponsor on ifish! Welcome, you guys!

Sturgeon Paul's was a sponsor and now Jon's is. It just rolled over when they bought it.

Good season to you!

Thanks Jen;
We do have a certified facility licensed and inspected. Everything is Sanitized daily several times. We aim to take the very best care of your catch. Even to the point of not taking fish that are not safe. Even though we would love to cut them all any fish that has not been properly iced/cooled and can contain bad bugs we refuse nicely as as we can.

So Ice up Keep'em Cool.

Short fishing report Sturgeon last day was no doubt a big success lots of fish. We also have recieved over 75 sport tuna so far today and expect more before the evening is over.

We also recieved a load of fresh tuna and Alaska Sockeye all whole fish and it will only last till mid day tomorrow. More tuna coming in.

Gotta go

Thanks Again
