Default Wow My first one

I finally have built my first Fishing Rod. I built a light weight trout bass rod my father in-law (DAB) said it would be good for steelies in eagle creek or small rivers so I might have to give it a run on that. It was a lot less difficult then I thought it was going to be. I read up on it a ton and asked a few questions Thanks Smiley and well it is complete and I am happy with it now to just get a little fish blood on the cork and I will be a happy man. Well off to go look into building my wife a salmon rod haha I will have to get some pic and post them Rp

Careful. Rodbuilding isn't a hobby, it's a disease.

<font size="2" face="verdana, arial, helvetica">Agree to that...I did one, then 13 more within about 6 months... Great sense of satisfaction when you horse some big fish and they don't explode!

I did one, and than broke one, and did another, did n't like the color, did another one, old man liked it, had to do another one. Fixed a bunch of old ones, did another new one. I think you get the picture. It is a very expensive habbit. But one that pays off in the end. You get to catch fish with them.
HAVE FUN.
