Yea Ha! They plan to open up 3 days each week, and have 6 days initially rather than 4! Looks like they are trying to move the majority of the fishing to May/June rather than August, which really isn't that great an idea from a weather standpoint.
From here: (this is their recommendation, and is not officially set)

The ODFW proposal is the following:
Spring all-depth open dates:
May 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, and 17. If quota remains after these days, one or more of the following back-up dates are proposed: June 19, 20, 21, 26, 27 and 28
Summer all-depth open dates (decision in late June or early July depending on catch in the Spring fishery):
If one day is open - August 2
If two days are open - August 1 and 2
If three days are open - August 1, 2, and 9
If four days are open - August 1, 2, 8, and 9
If quota remains after the initial opener, the fishery would continue every other Friday-Saturday starting August 22 until the end of September. The dates are August 22, 23, September 5, 6, 19, and 20. If quota remains after these dates, the fishery is proposed to reopen on one or more of the following dates: October 17 and 18
