Default Free or cheap household items

Without getting into too many details, I could potentially have many items for sale or free. I have had tenants move out and to be honest, I am not sure how much of the stuff that is currently there, will still be there on their last day of tenancy. I am assuming most though.

The list of what I think will be there will be:
3 standard (not flat panel) TV's
unknown number of VCR's
1 couch
1 love seat
1 large computer desk
1 smaller computer desk
Bed with frame. I think queen size
Dressers of all shapes and sizes. Several of these!
Partially dis assembled mower. Looks to be somewhat new and I think just the top has been removed. No idea if it works or not.
Maybe a washer and drier. I might keep these for the new tenants though.
Golf clubs
tennis rackets
At least one fishing pole
Much more stuff in the garage that I did not take a close look at.
Just the typical stuff that people leave behind when they dont care about anything.

I did not think of of this stuff was super high quality but I can guarantee that I will probably take any reasonable offer on any of it.

If I see interest on this board, I will post an address. It is in East Vancouver. The sale will probably be Saturday, Aug 2nd.

Again, I dont know what will be left behind. I just have a feeling that the current people will never be back.

And if anyone wants to rent a 3 bed, 2 bath house, I am looking for tenants!

I have no sources or backup or anything, but I think I recently saw on the news a story like this...

The family left the plaece in a hurry and left it a mess. Legally, the landowner was required to store the stuff for a period of time before getting rid of it.

I don't know if you want to do any digging or not (sorry)!

I was just giving the short story. Legally I am fine. I was able to get a termination of vacancy signed by them or yes, you would be correct, I would have to try to track them down, advertise it in the paper, have them served.... It could have been worse.
