Default Help fish guru's!!!!!!

Does anybody know of a website that visually will show me how to set up the rigging of a fishing line. Line to swivel, weight, leader, hook etc. For trout, steelhead, salmon, sturgeon or bass would be helpful.

Thanks.

Christopher

Somebody hook this Dude up with an open seat! If you want to haul over to Idaho for a day of fishing in the rain, I'll take you out Friday. Otherwise I'll have to take some pics, and e-mail 'em to you.

Most line companies have a card in the box that you spool comes in with a few useful knots. Stick with the Trilene, fishermans knot, and the palomar for starters. They are easy to learn, and pretty strong. I'll shoot some photo's later and send 'em to you.

I strongly suggest grabbing the next open seat offer on this board, and picking the brains of your host. Then fill his boat up with gas at the end of the day, and you will have a friend for life.

Christopher,
if you can find your way up to the Oregon City area, I would gladly help you out with an open seat on my boat.
Shoot me an email if you would like.
We fish every sat,sun & mon.
Happy to help you get set up.
We all were green behind the gills at one time.

I can always make an open seat for someone new to the sport. If you can make it up here for a day I'd be glad to give you an 8 hour class on the river.............

I'm sure I could find some time and room in my "Northwest Bass Boat" aka sled with a bowmount electric motor . Combo Springer / Smallmouth trips are tough to beat!

The only "catch" is you'll probably have to watch my girl friend out fish us BOTH!!!!!
