House Cleaning Service for Tillamook Area Vacation Rental?

I'm partners in a vacation rental in the Oceanside/Netarts area, and we are having a heck of a time finding a decent house cleaner. I've scoured the internet and the yellow pages and am coming up empty. Anybody have any ideas/recommendations? Many thanks.
