My family and I went down to central oregon near bend for a week. We stayed in a cabin at east lake with my moms side of the family for a little family get together. But while we were down there my dad and I couldn't pass up the chance to fish one of our old favorite lakes, Craine Praire. We fished it two days out of the week we stayed there. Fishing was kind of slow but we always managed to get a good size fish for the day.
My dad caught two of these but we only got a picture of one. My dad has really been kicking my butt lately. He always manages to find the quality fish before I do hehe. The fish were on long rocky tappering points. Most the fish came from 12 to 14 feet. We fished with weightless trick worms. The fish seemed to like the weightless because they just would not take a shakey head or a jig.
Anyway while I was down there I found out how beautiful that area is down there. So I stopped along the road to take some pics for you guys.
Hope you guys all got out and did some good fishing.
