Invoices for Apparel

Hey everyone,

I've finally got all the numbers tallied and I'm sending out invoices to everyone. You can either send me a check or wait until we meet to pay. Please let me know if you need to change/cancel/add something on the order you placed based on the invoice.

I would like to plan an after hours get together at Santana's one night next week so people can start picking up there gear. I'm thinking Thursday but I'll go with the majority.

I will be attending the Newport TA meeting so I can bring the stuff with me there to or El Shadai has offered free overnight shipping to anyone that wants their stuff right away. I will be giving the out-of-staters, and long distance orders to El Shadai for sure.

I'm sorry about the formality of the invoices but I have so many to send out that I was kind of in a hurry. I've sent out quite a few already but I may not get them all out until Monday so if you don't get one this weekend don't think I forgot you.

I will understand if some of you would like to cancel items. Things arise and $%^& happens so it's no problem. I didn't order much extra so I'm sure I can unload them later just let me know.

I tried to keep the prices as low as I could and still add a few dollars to donate to Ifish. If you would like any other items after this I will be making a list to be submitted either monthly or if the quantity starts to get high. From this point on the t-shirts will need to be in a substantial quantity in order to re-order. Embroidery however can be done with minimal quantities. I will open the embroidery up to anything that Port Authority offers so if you go to their website and see something you like, a jacket, pullover, etc., let me know and you can add embroidery to it for $10-15 in most cases.

Thanks for everyone's patience and I hope you like it. I'll post pictures as soon as I pick the stuff up next week, probably Wednesday.



P.S. I sent all these invoices as Excel spreadsheets so if you don't have Excel just email me and I'll try to cut & paste the sheet in an HTML message.

With my money problems I destroyed the credit cards and closed the checking account. :smile:
