August 30 Enjoy cornbread made from the flour milled right here at the Grist Mill. Try it with honey or the savory kind made with peppers and cheese.
September 27 Learn how to churn butter by hand and then taste it with freshly made Indian fry bread.
All activities above are from 1:00 to 4:00 except the cider making which will start at 9am.
The Grist Mill Annual Cider Press just gets bigger and better every Year! Traditionally, this is our major event of the year. We like to see our young visitors have a hands on experiences with real apple cider making. All visitors are welcome to take home a quart of the finest fresh apple cider in Washington.
