Lowrance LMS-240 or LMS-320 Charts Good / Bad?

What do you think of the unit and especially the charting? I like the looks of the 320DF, but am not sure about the MapCreate/Navionics charts.

It looks like most charting SW is just taken directly from the NOAA charts, except for some of the Garmin BlueChart samples others have posted here. The BlueChart looks more detailed with additional soundings, but I could be wrong.

Does Anybody have the details on the features / differences of MapCreate, Navionics, C-Map NT, BlueChart, Others?
