Default Sylvan enquiry

I am planning to join Sylvan in the near future but I have some questions I'd like answered...

The one area of shooting I haven't worked on is up and down hill. Is the range set up to do that ?

I'd love to try before you buy ! Will Sylvan give a tour to prospective new members ???

Thanks for any input..

I just joined, and have shot a couple time this past week. The course I shot was pretty gentle grade, but haven't been through any of the others, so someone else would be able to give you better info...BUT...what I can tell you is that you can go with a member twice before joining, so find a fellow ifisher to shoot with, and try it out for free!

The main "range" is flat, however on the 3d course, there are uphill and downhill shots, also on some of the field target courses there are uphill/downhill shots as well.

If you want to go sometime, shoot me a pm and if we could find a time that works, I could take you.

Tree stand shots I don't care about,, 15-20 degree up and down hill would be fine. I'd love to take a lap around the course..anytime.

I don't recall more than a 1 yard cut on any of their field targets. Cascadian has a lot more up hill / down hill.

Abolone,
I just won a Bowtech bow; model guardian at a DU dinner. Maybe we can hunt together next year.

There is one field course that has a few up and down hill shots on it, but they are not as steep as 19 or 20 degrees. The 3-D course has a few up and down shots on it too, and a treestand type shot. PM me if you need someone to go with and I will get you in touch with the field governor for the club. It's a nice place to shoot, and the people are friendly.
