I have a friend who lives in hood river, who made the trip up to the "day" this last weekend, and said they slayed em. He said they caught about 13 cats in 2 days...only 1 of them was smaller than 4 lbs.

This was up by the narrows.
They are biting. go get em.

id say its winding down or we were there on a slow day, usually when i go have no problem getting around 15/20 myself, but i managed only 8 for the day (last fri.) its been a weird year with the high water...
