Good book for the Salty Dogs

I just finished reading a book called "WORKING ON THE EDGE, THE WORLD'S MOST DANGEROUS PROFESSION" by Spike Walker. It is all about his, and others, experiences as a king crab fisherman in Alaska. Great read, very exciting.

I would suspect that some of the longer term coastal residents on this board would be familiar with a lot of the people mentioned in the book that ventured up that way in the late 70's and early 80's.

Those guys were some "Salty Dogs".
