Default I love farm ponds

Went and fished a farm pond today...had a blast. Caught tons of fish...most on a gag lure I bought at Sportsmans. It's the Moto Frog. When you cast out it winds up like a kids toy, then when it hits the water the back legs twitch...the bass loved it.

Nice fish. What makes the frog wind up? The cast?

Ya..the cast causes it to wind up, it's like a kids wind up toy car, but this lure has a piece of braided line tied to the wind up piece inside the lure. So as you cast it out, the weight of the lure causes it to wind up. Then while it is sitting on the water the legs twitch as the wind up part does its job. When it is done, you just give it a twitch like you would say a top water popper and it twitches somemore. I'll try and take a picture of it and post it today.
