I have an early 80's "I think" Browning Citori special steel in 12GA With a 30" barrel. Well how much is a gun like this worth? Thanks

Level and detail of engraving along with wood quality are directly tied to the grade. ie...the more engraving and the better the wood, the higher the grade.

A standard "field" grade will usually bring in the neighborhood of $900 to $1,000.

They go up from there.

Post some pictures and I can give you alot better value estimation.

all invector and invector plus barreled guns are steel shot rated. fixed choke guns ? browning has lots of models. hunting, sporting, clays, skeet, trap, superlight, light ning, lightning feather, gran lightning, white lightning, micro lightning, classic, super, 525. according to the blue book fixed choke guns are worth about $124/$150 less than invector guns

Somebody mentioned that Browning makes a total of 100+ Citori models. You can go on the Browning website and work with your serial no. and find exactly what you have.
