So, my wife and I took 10 days vacation out in Northern Germany with some German friends of ours who live there. We were having coffee and desert at a lakeside cafe in Hamburg, near the heart of the city. A beautiful swan comes swimming up to bum some treats from the patrons - then suddenly, an old man goes into the lake in his speedos and starts swimming after the Swan. Das ist Vierd! The swan was hissing, but obviously freaked out - it swam off and the old man came back to the dock. Just when I thought I'd seen everything....
