Does anyone out there use VoIP for their business phone system? Do you like it? Hate it? What phones and software do you use? What other issues should I be considering?
I appreciate any input Ifish members can give me.

I installed a NEC 2000 VOIP system about 5 years ago. It's acutally a bit of a hybrid system. I went ahead with digital lines for my reception and critical order taker extensions and then use IP phones for everyone else. I like the IP phones from an administrative perspective. Very easy to move, reprogram and expand. The risk is if your network goes down, so do the phones.
With the size system you're talking about I would probably go with the lower cost, highly proven digital systems.
I'll send you a PM with the vendors I used.
