Default heavy sigh

Well, I got my new reels and rods. I got a bunch of new gear. I am pretty far along on my winter boat modifications. I have researched every possible fishing hole on the west coast. I have read Ifish archieves until I am getting cross eyed. When will spring and summer get here? I wish I was big on winter steelies :depressed: I need ocean salmon, springers, oversize, shad, and mostly TUNA!!! I think this is that seasonal affective disorder I heard about!

hey Ed,
Thanks for the chuckle and the reminder of better days to come!
We need to get some fishin' in together soon! Can't wait to test your sleeping abiklities again! I am thinking of trying to get out bottom fishing during the weather window that usually comes along in February or so...interested? Drop by my desk when you get a chance...we can at least commiserate!

Definitely interested Dave! I love bottom fishing especially when the big lings are heading into shallow water! I will have to bring you in my old copies of Western Outdoors, so you can go over the many old stories and pictures on Mexican fishing. That should put some sunshine in your mind.

Cheer up Dave! In a few years when you retire you can become a snowbird. Then you can chase the fish from North to South and back again.
