Looks delightful, though a bit far off shore for my fuel supply...not to mention the fuel and time to get there! Is anyone going to give it a try?

Alright! Gotta go get packed. I'll see you guys there. VHF 78 right? Whooohooo!

Just kidding!

I would have to buy the albacore license, just so I could buy enough gas to get back home!

Hey, if you guys are seriously going... take some billfish gear and catch one for me, huh? It might make being in the sickbed just a little more bearable - Or not!

UG Coast Watch shows 58 degree water within about 35-40 miles, looks pretty patchy at 25 miles and only about 56-57 degrees. I may be interested if it holds up or gets better by Sunday

Marty or UG check out the Port Orford bouy, the water temp has climbed quickly in the last two days. It is showing 58.4 degrees as of 4 am 11/2 the bouy is only 20 miles? offshore If some on else is going to give it a try I am game for Sunday, just would prefer a running mate. E-mail me your cell #, I'll call you after the Duck game today. Otherwise I'll just try to bonk some salmon there

Fishwhenican

I can't make it on Sunday, but I am looking seriously for a Tuesday shot if the weather is still holding and the warmer water hangs awhile longer. I will try and contact you on Sunday afternoon or Monday for an update. If all else fails the salmon seem willing.

Good luck

Marty
