anyone heading out over the 4th for tuna if they're in?

My guess is that a lot of the old salts that like to run out of there will be trying, hell or high water.

I leave this Saturday for Bandon. Plan to stay until July 6th. Fishing for whatever I can from Charleston and Bandon as many days as I can. I will run 50 miles for the Tuna if I have to.

It's not here "yet" but it's getting there. Right now from what I can see the good water is sitting at the 126 line. Roughly 60 miles SW. If the north wind would quit blowing we could be into fish quickly.

Looks like the wind will settle down next week as temps in the valley moderate and the high pressure moves out. Could it be......I'll be in Charleston the 3rd - 6th as well.

you know I'll be there with bells on!!! heading over at noon on the 3rd to fish 4th-6th. Hope mother nature and the tuna gods cooperate.
