found ------ YELLOW POLE!!!!

No kidding.... A friend of mine was bottom fishing last week and pulled up a heavy duty yellow pole with a 6/0 black reel attached. The pole even has a picture of a TUNA on it !!!

The pole was a Yellow 7' Penn CTS 670 C rated for 20 - 50 pound test line, The reel is a shimano TLD 25.

How strange is that!!!

Note: when I said bottom fishing, I meant fishing on the bottom for sturgon below Bonneville dam...

Oops...

But with elk in the ocean and whales in Portland Harbor... who knows???

Right Lee... Let's see... the line got caught on the elk. The elk swam back to the river and on up to Bonneville, dragging Bill along behind. Then, when the elk climbed onto the bank, sasquatch appeared from the trees startling the elk who bolted, breaking the line and leaving Bill at the bank. Bigfoot then ate Bill and spit Yellow-po in the river.

Okay - yeah. That works.
