Magic Seaweed.com...it's mainly a surfers website. Just click on OR/WA and there will be a drop down menu of the areas and you pick the one you plan to go out on. Seems to be pretty accurate.

Rod has done a great job of putting all the sites that you are looking for on his site. Just ignore the funny looking guy with the Big fish.
Thanks, Rod.

A few to add to the list:

stonewall weather buoy, aka 46050
http://seaboard.ndbc.noaa.gov/statio...?station=46050

PDX NWS digital gridded, really good for wind forecast
http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/forecasts/gr...ndweek=ON#tabs

for long range planning, wind and swell
http://www.stormsurfing.com/cgi/disp...cgi?a=npac_slp
and
http://www.stormsurfing.com/cgi/disp...?a=npac_height

and of course wetsands and magicseaweed. The part of magicseaweed I like best is the tab for detailed forecast.
There are other sites, but these are the ones I use most frequently.
