There are several to choose from...

Wilsonville...
(Right behind Pro Marine Inc)

Newberg
(Rogers Landing)FEE
http://www.co.yamhill.or.us/parks/in...Rogers_Landing

Salem
(Wallace Park)

There are more of course like Wheatland Ferry has a both an improved and an unimproveved ramp. But this should get you a start/

Bernert Landing out of West Linn, at mouth of Tualitian Rvr.
Be careful in this area. Stay between the nav cans or the rocks will eat your prop for sure.

Hebb Park, 1/2 way between the Falls & I5 (Boone Bridge).

Check out www.BoatEscape.com for launch info all throughout Oregon. A boaters best friend.

I will second both Roger's park in Newberg and Butteville Marina in Butteville by Wilsonville.

I like the launch at Butteville because it has plenty of docks, is an easy ramp to use, and its close to an island I like to fish. It seems on average less busy than Newberg, but that might just be due to my launch times.

I also will echo Hunt'nFish on the boatescape site. It is an incredibly good resource when it comes to researching new bodies of water.
