Okay, guys... time to pony up. ODFW Commission meeting is Friday, October 11.

Near as I can tell the Nearshore Moratorium will be discussed as early as 2:30pm. Judging from the August meeting, however, it could be much later, so plan on sticking around as late as 9pm.
