buelah antelope

i drew a buelah antelope tag this year. will be over there the end of june and sometime in july scouting just wondering if any one else had hunted this area or drew a tag for the same unit. just need to be pointed in a general direction. not looking for a honey hole just a little help getting started

I have no info for you, only some advice. I would scout from the seat of your chair ie: call biologists, scour aerial photos, look over paper maps. I would forgo going over there for a scouting trip. Save the money and go over a few days before the opener, find the buck you want and maybe a back up buck, sit on said buck and shoot opening day.

i will be over there probably 3 days before the hunt starts. but i would like to get over there before then to get the lay of the land. i would like to have more than one area picked out to hunt and know the land before i get there. on a hunt like this i have to make sure that i am on top of it.

I'd wait until mid July to start scouting. I went scouting for my Antalope tag this weekend and the Desert is green and the goats were really spread out.
