O.k., I've been dying to go out and catch some of those beautiful ocean hogs but as some of you are aware, my wife is giving birth by induction tomorrow.

After reading tomorrows forecast:

Wed
Light wind becoming W 10 kt. Wind waves 2 ft. SW swell 5 ft at 15 seconds

I explained to her the importance of just how awesome that forecast was and this is what she told me:

"O.K. I'll make you a deal. You can go fishing tomorrow if you can push a 7lb bowling ball out your peehole right now."

If C-section is an option for mothers, I think it should be for you also. Go ahead cut the ball out and get fishing, the kid wont remember if you were there or not, and you can always say you were the one taking the pictures.

If it were me, I would try a plastic ball, they slide alot easyer than the reactive resin or eurathane covered balls. And get one that has not been drilled yet, those holes could be a real pain!! :shocked: [img]graemlins/eek13.gif[/img]
