If you wanted to try the Willy you could go to Meldrum Bar park. It is right off of Mclaughlin Blvd. Head west at the stoplight just north of the bridge going over the Clack, and you will see the sign for the park. First reported springer in the Willy was pulled out right in front of there I believe. I am going to be over there myself this weekend, but I am heading to the coast for some metalheads.

River Rat,

Do a search on the following which should yield some good local Springer plunking spots:

Meldrums bar
Frenchmans Bar Park
Clackamette Park
Kelly Point
Prescott

That should keep you busy! Maybe Uglygreen can do a repost of his Springer rigs!

Go over Saulvie island bridge and loop under the bridge and follow to the stop sign.Turn Rt and follow until you get to Willow beach and after that is S.S. beach. This is no secret and can get hundreds of people.Go out and grab your 10' of sand and let your spin and glow fly with some Maries shrimp oil.Good luck.
