Default Firewood, elk and deer

Went firewood cutting Friday late afternoon with a buddy. Got out to my previously scouted deck of Tamarack logs left from a past logging operation and proceeded to cut 3 cords of beautiful firewood. On the way out at 7:30 pm I saw 4 cow elk, couple dozen whitetails...some had a nice rack of velvet on top and several mule deer.

It was a good day.

You know you're a true outdoorsman when you get more excited about the wood than the wildlife.
