Gotta love it. Eat as much as you can raw, grilled, and seared, can a years supply, and still have fish left for the freezer.

Great stuff, Kurt. We had a blast out on big blue on Thursday. I was on the Puffin for my first ever tuna trip. :grin:

I came home with just two filets, and whipped one up for dinner last night. My wife and youngest daughter are wondering when I am going out to get some more of those awsome taisting tuna.

Big Jon is fishing again today, no report on how he did yesterday yet. We are going to have us one heck of a canning party when he gets back.

Does anyone have a good receipe for prepping tuna for the smoker??
