Default Tuna Charters?

Myself and a couple other ifisher's are thinking about a tuna charter. Any suggestions? I was also wondering what the going rate for a trip would be? And what is the best time of year to go? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Default Re: Tuna Charters?

There was a post just like yours about 2 weeks ago, you might do a search.

6 pac boat, Maverick in Newport or Nalu in Depo bay.

Cattle boat, either port and Tillamook.

As for time, watch the board, be a few more weeks and probably Aug/Sept best.

Plan on $200- $300 per depending on fuel and ice. Pretty easy to bring home 100 - 150 lbs of tuna loins on a good trip
