Damn, I wish I could make it there for this one too. I learn something new at each and every seminar. Family comittments have me saddled back at the ranch this weekend. Good luck John, this looks like a great session with the other other fellas joining in.

Last years only cost me...hmmm, 250K? I can't seem to walk away without dropping another grand on something. I'm pleased to see all the tackle and gear shops getting excited about this fishery and elevating it's presence. With other fisheries being so restricted, this one is still wide open for those with the heart to go chase these fish on the big water. We have a fantastic resource just waiting out there, but in the mean time...these classes are great.

I just wish the fish would get here sooner...the freezer and canned goods shelves are getting dangerously low.

will they be covering proper utilization of ice? care for ones catch, the TUNA will show this year and I think some need to know about proper care for fresh tuna, laying in the bottom of the boat is poor quality eating...

Bleed it rapid cool it in ice and seawater bucket then Ice it for 12 to 24hours?
Cark it, can it, traegger it, slice it and eat it with wasabi and soy, vacuum pack and freeze it.

Yes, there will be one seminar dedicated to processing your tuna for a sashimi graded finished product. It will cover from killing, bleeding, gutting, slush tanks, ice packing and management...
