Default %^&*$##@ boat..grrrrr.....

I hope they do good today.....I lost fuel pressure 2 miles out and trolled back on the kicker.

Of coarse there is not a relay or fuel pump in town so it is next week for me.

Damn. .....beter there than 40 miles out...

Marty I will probably stop by tonight, it is not like I have fish to clean or anything.

Any time Dan! That's what we're about, right? Helping eachother?

I'm just relieved that it happened 2 miles out and not 40.... and on a calm day.

Scary.

Dan may have been boatless today but he was still definately a part of the day for me and my crew. This was our first albacore trip and dan greeted us in the morning. We heard about his mishaps and were saddened. We were probably low boat with 5 tuna but that was more than adequate. As we pondered this catch and how to clean and care for the meat, along came Dan...rolled up his sleaves and taught and helped three helpless newbies...Dan is what fishing is about! He is better with out a ride than most are with every dodad and trinket in the world. Thanks for everything Dan...and also the kind person who shared there boat plug...the multiple radio aids givem and....hell, Ifish rocks! Thanks to all for a fabulus day and a renewal of my spirts in a difficult world. WP

Sorry to hear of your mis-fortune Wak but very happy that you made it back without further incident. We all need reminded now and then of the risks involved in offshore voyage. It's what keeps us on our toes and well prepared.
You'll do double slaughter next time out aye!!

Wak,
If you can find one in in stock in the PDX area, could we bring it to you tomorrow night?
