Default Weekday Tuna?

Some of us work weekends but would love to be company for those heading for the tuna grounds during the week. Have boat, will travel! Am new to albacore fishing. Even in waters I know, prefer to have a "buddy" boat in the general vicinity, for those unplanned for, urgent events. Interested in any Ifishers that fish predominately during the week.

I hope to go out either Tuesday or Thursday...or both! Depends on weather and on "life", which has a habit of intruding in my fishing plans!. Hope to see you there.

I've read your tuna tales "Wak" If the weather looks good Thursday I believe I'll be coming to Depoe Bay. New to tuna, but I've spent some $ for gear and got a real good idea on boat range now. I am reeeady to goooo! Maybe we can get in touch next week, that far out, someone within a few miles beats 30 miles if the unforseen happens

For those of you that need weekday crew I am available on thursdays and possibly fridays with some notice. I fish in my own boat if I got no invites for Tuna. Why don't I fish for tuna out of my boat you ask I can't even think about going that far in my V8 Jet boat.

Skilled deck hand and Gaff boy I come with the recommendations of quite a few of the guys here including(I hope Pilar)

I clean fish and chip in for gas money. come with rods bot no tuna gear.

I have targeted Thursday. Better chance for good weather and gives me a chance to catch-up the honey-do's. I am going to try and get to Depoe by 5:00 AM or so. Have not been out of Depoe for 30 years so am very open to any tips there? WP
