Default Ross BG urgent question

Does anybody know where I can get one of those little teeth on the inside if the spool for my BG3? A couple of mine broke the other day and the reel feels like it's got rocks in it. I need it for AK asap. Does anybody around here work on them or clean them up?
Thanks a ton, I need saving
JD

Call Ross asap. See if they will send you one overnight and you can send back the bad one. Just an idea. Other than that Ollie Damons or ??

This is a common problem with the BG reels. I have had to send mine in many times for maintenance because I was too hard on them. Remember to make sure the drag is loose after you are done with each day of fishing. Washing them out from time to time is a good idea as well. I would find a loaner for short term and send it in for maintenance. I am not sure if you are up there guiding or not but if you are they can send it to you.
