Tuna on Saturday ... The Wak Cam?
Hey Dan, you got it on?
What's it look like out your back door Wak?
'Puffin' and 'Pilar' are looking for Tuna on Saturday if the weather allows. It looks marginal now but it could change.
Anyone else for Depoe and longfins?

Re: Tuna on Saturday ... The Wak Cam?
Hey, Pilar!! Got the "double gaynor" cookin now. I have this weekend with some family fishing out of Astoria, but we sure can move her back to Newport or Depoe Bay.
So I can't do anything this weekend, but next weekend think about me and Krystalflash. KF says I need my come-upins, and I will have a new attitude after a few Tuna whip my ###. Anyway looking forward to a trip with you and Puffin.

Re: Tuna on Saturday ... The Wak Cam?
Seasquid is really considering giving it a go Saturday -- maybe we should consider Garibaldi -- the forecast is a touch better up there and the bar was surprisingly good today with the amount of water running....I'm going to watch the next two updates from the NOAA to make my decision -- I'm headed somewhere, even if its for chinook....
Popeye have you been out this week? Damn, it sure looks like today was the day.
Has anybody been angling out of Depoe for chinook?

Re: Tuna on Saturday ... The Wak Cam?
Seasquid,
I went out Sun on a quick turnaround trip because I had to get someone back early, but we caught tuna...Big Tuna! I'm contemplating going tomorrow but I have an MRI this evening (pinched nerve in neck that's effecting my left arm) so I can't pull, but I can drive the boat. Need Crew!

Re: Tuna on Saturday ... The Wak Cam?
It looks great now, as it did yesterday....even when they called for wind.
If I didn't have to run to Medford for a couple of days I would try it, especially since there is good water 28 miles out.
This afternoon will be the clincher...good luck

Re: Tuna on Saturday ... The Wak Cam?
Popeye,
thanks for the info -- take me, I'll pull (just kidding)...
I'm not sure you know who I am -- I was sitting in Doug's boat (Moonstone) last Friday. My boat was about halfway down the C dock for July and I spoke with you a couple of times regarding tuna.
anyway, thanks again.
