Default some nice bass last night....

I got a call from one of my good friends with an invite to fish a gated private lake that he has access to....... I told him that I wasn't a bass fisherman but if he told me what I should pick up I would meet him after work and I would give it a try.

So I picked up some spinner baits and some senkos and meet him at the lake about 7pm for a couple of hours of fishing. being that the water was colder then we would have like we started running spinner baits over the top of some weeds and got action fast. The action never slowed down the entire time we were on the lake...... average fish was 2lb with some reaching the 5lb class. The fishing was lights out!!!!!

the final total for the evening was 19 for me and 11 for my friend. Here is one that weighed 4.8lb........ I didn't get a picture with the one that was 5.2

by the way...... dont ask where the lake is becuase I'll just tell you it was Hagg......

Great post, especially not being a bass fisherman.

no pulling the wool over your guys eyes.......... it's actually not a bass...... I took it off the mount of my billy big mouth.

and that's not a lake it's my driveway from the 96 flood season.

The reason it was gated is because the park is closed at night. That fish is in the two pound range. Nice work and congrats on a great time!
