Updated How To Page on info for Tuna

I just updated my How to page again with information from Pilar and Pilar's Mate on the tuna handlines, as well as added links for topics such as tuna boat handling, processing, canning, smoking, etc.... you can use the link to access other great information... I consolidated the information I currently have an interest in 'cause it's all spread out on the internet, and I can't remember where they are for long.
